Yes, it contains ONLY 16 calories per cake.

What is your product made out of?
Our ingredients are: Wheat Flour, Rice Flour, Corn Flour, Sea Salt, Water,
and Olive oil (0.2% as an ingredient processing aid).

What’s the shelf life?
90 days.

How do I keep this?
You can keep it in a cool and dry condition. No need to refrigerate it.

Do you have other flavors?
* Yes, we have Natural flavor, and Whole Wheat flavor.
* We are working on other NATURAL flavors too.

How do I Eat (or enjoy)?
* You can put any kind of spreads or dips on it. (Such as: Hummus, Guacamole, Salsa, Nutella, Cream Cheese, and Peanut Butter & Jelly. etc.
* You can also make a sandwich with this. (Try w/ tuna salads or chicken salads.. really delicious!)

2) Ordering

Orders are fulfilled by Cocoplus, LLC. Therefore, orders are under cocofoods.com policies.
Questions regarding orders placed should be directed to info@cocopop.us or 201.941.2247..
Order Processing: Orders will be processed for fulfillment within 24 hours of receipt.
Once processed, your order will ship as indicated by the "ships within" time listed on each product page.

To cancel order: Please contact directly 201.941.2247. If you request cancellation of an order after the order has shipped, you will be responsible for all shipping charges even if you refuse the package and do not sign for the delivery.
No e-mails will be accepted for order cancellations.

PLEASE NOTE THAT OUR WAREHOUSES DO NOT SHIP ON WEEKENDS, NOR IS SATURDAY OR SUNDAY DELIVERY AVAILABLE.

Orders may be delayed by increased holiday business, out-of-stock items, or unforeseen difficulties.
Cocofoods.com will make every attempt to meet shipping deadlines.

3) Order Acceptance Policy

We may require additional verification or information before accepting any order. Credit Card Declines If your credit card is declined during order processing, you will be notified via Email and/or by telephone within 24 hours. You will have 7 days in which to contact us with a different credit card number or alternative payment method. If after 7 days we have not received a response, your order will be canceled. Address Holds If you have placed an order with a billing address other than what your credit card company has on file for you, your order will be held until we can verify the correct address. If you are shipping your order to an address other than your billing address, you may be required to provide further verification prior to shipment. Your order will remain on hold for 7 days, after which if we have not received a response to our requests for more information, your order will be canceled.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive confirmation via Email that your order has been received by Cocofoods.com.

Cocoplus accepts VISA, MasterCard for phone, fax, or email orders. Please include the following information:
- Contact Name & Company Name (if applicable)
- Shipping and Billing address

- Quantity, product to order, and pricing
- Credit card number
- Name as it appears on the card (Account holder name)
- Expiration Date
- Security Code
- Contact name, email address, and phone number for Maintenance Agreement

Cocoplus do not accept the check or money order and we are not responsible for any loss.
* There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases.
Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (this is the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you).
Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order.

6) Sales Tax

• New Jersey State Residents are subject to state and local sales tax.
• For all other States Purchaser is responsible for state and local sales tax.

7) Returns

- Our customer's satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. We take great pride to ensure that you are pleased with each and every order. In the event that you would like to return an unopened item to Cocoplus, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your item. Please note that all returned items must include an original invoice and a Return Authorization to be processed by our returns department.
Return Merchandise Authorizations can be obtained by emailing info@cocopop.us
Please be specific when sending an email with the exact reason for your return so that we can handle your request in a timely and accurate manner. Cocoplus cannot accept returns of opened items. In addition, Cocoplus does not offer the option to exchange an item. For all returns, you must carefully package the product. Cocoplus reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements. Please protect your return by getting a tracking number and/or insurance from the post office, UPS, or however you choose to return the item. You are responsible for the safe return of all items.
Please note that Cocoplus will NOT cover shipping charges associated with the return of any item.
If there is any other issue with an item that was sent to you (incorrect product, damaged) please contact info@cocopop.us for assistance. We will reimburse shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Please keep all the contents of a damaged shipment as we may require them back for a full refund.
All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 15% and will be deducted off the total refund due to you.
Refunds apply only to returned merchandise - shipping fees are non-refundable. We cannot accept a return of 12 or more of one item. These orders are considered non-refundable. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we cannot make any exceptions regarding this policy. In the event a package is returned to our warehouse as undeliverable, we will process the order as a return. We are unable to reship orders that are marked as undeliverable. You can place a new order on our website at any time. In addition, if you contact us after your order has been placed regarding an incomplete or incorrect shipping address; we will make every reasonable effort to correct the information prior to the package being shipped.
Once the package has been shipped, we cannot make address corrections or forwarding requests. If you purchased CocoLite products on from other retailers, please contact that store directly to inquire about their return policy.
