Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can reach a live customer service representative: Monday thru Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Tax Information
Items ordered from Coco may be subject to tax in certain states, based on the state to which the order is shipped. If an item is subject to sales tax, in accordance with state tax laws, the tax is generally calculated on the total selling price of each individual item, including shipping and handling charges, gift-wrap charges and other service charges, less any applicable discounts. If tax is separately calculated and collected in connection with items ordered from Coco through the Amazon.com Site, the tax amounts that appear during the ordering process are estimated - the actual taxes that will be charged to your credit card will be calculated at the time your order is processed and will appear in your order confirmation notification.
Cancel orders
To cancel orders, please contact customer service directly at 201-991-2247. No e-mails will be accepted for order cancellations.
Returns
- Our customer's satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. We take great pride to ensure that you are pleased with each and every order. In the event that you would like to return an unopened item to Cocoplus, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your item. Please note that all returned items must include an original invoice and a Return Merchandise Authorization to be processed by our returns department.
Return Merchandise Authorizations can be obtained by emailing info@cocofoods.com Please be specific when sending an email with the exact reason for your return so that we can handle your request in a timely and accurate manner. Cocoplus cannot accept returns of opened items. In addition, Cocoplus does not offer the option to exchange an item. For all returns, you must carefully package the product. Cocoplus reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements.
Please protect your return by getting a tracking number and/or insurance from the post office, UPS, or however you choose to return the item. You are responsible for the safe return of all items.
Please note that Cocoplus will NOT cover shipping charges associated with the return of any item. If there is any other issue with an item that was sent to you (incorrect product, damaged) please contact info@cocofoods.com for assistance. We will reimburse shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
Please keep all the contents of a damaged shipment as we may require them back for a full refund.
All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 15% and will be deducted off the total refund due to you. Refunds apply only to returned merchandise - shipping fees are non-refundable. We cannot accept a return of 12 or more of one item. These orders are considered non-refundable. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we cannot make any exceptions regarding this policy.
In the event a package is returned to our warehouse as undeliverable, we will process the order as a return. We are unable to reship orders that are marked as undeliverable. You can place a new order on our website at any time. In addition, if you contact us after your order has been placed regarding an incomplete or incorrect shipping address; we will make every reasonable effort to correct the information prior to the package being shipped. Once the package has been shipped, we cannot make address corrections or forwarding requests.

*What should I expect to receive credit for my return?
If you mailed in a return we ask that you allow us 15 days to process your request. Our return department typically credits returns to your account within 48 business hours after we receive the return at our warehouse. For example, your return should be credited to you within 7~8 Business days if you sent your package via a 3~5 delivery method.
